The perfect response to reviews that say you are too expensive

Here's the type of response we use for reviews that complain about price. It diffuses the issue and actually makes many people want to visit!

"Thank you for your comments, Joe. We know the cost of eating out at a good restaurant can add up, but please know our prices are based on using the highest-quality ingredients and paying our staff a livable wage--neither of which is too common in the restaurant industry. Even so, our prices are at or below those of other top restaurants in town with similar levels of service and atmosphere. We always try to go the extra mile while keeping prices fair for our valued guests. We hope you understand and look forward to serving you again someday soon."
